Vonage getting sued -- Again.

This is the third major lawsuit against Vonage since 2006 from the phone companies. This time, AT&T is bringing the lawsuit. They've lost the last two against Sprint/Nextel and Verizon. Tough break for Vonage. From the article:
It said in a filing to the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission that AT&T is seeking injunctive relief, compensatory and treble damages and attorneys' fees in unspecified amounts.

Vonage said the lawsuit was filed in the U.S. District Court of the Western District of Wisconsin on October 17.
